Nice products, shipping could improve

I bought the Platinum Lux Vitamin C Serum and the Platinum Lux Moisturizer. The products themselves are really nice; the serum feels good on my skin, and the moisturizer is hydrating without being greasy. My only small complaint was the shipping time. It took about 6 days to get to me in Arizona, which felt a bit long for a premium brand. The packaging was secure, though. Overall, I'm happy with the skincare, just wish it arrived a little faster.

Yeah, they ship all over the US. I got my last order in like 4-5 days to Philly, so NYC should be similar, maybe quicker.

It usually takes a few business days. My last order, which was just a serum, got to me in Brooklyn in about 3 days. I think it depends a bit on what you order too.

I returned an eye cream that didn't agree with my skin. You just gotta make sure it's within their policy, and they'll sort it out. I think you have to email them first.

It's a different vibe I think. SkinCeuticals is more clinical, Platinum Deluxe feels more luxurious and spa-like. Both good, but I prefer the feel of PD.

I switched from La Mer to Platinum Deluxe. I'd say the results are comparable for me, but the PD products feel a bit richer. Definitely a contender if you're looking for that high-end feel.

Afaik, you can only use one coupon at checkout. The bundles are already discounted quite a bit though, so still a good deal.
